SpoorSeek helps you record a hunt and follow a blood trail. It is an aid, not a guarantee: GPS positions can be wrong by many metres, and the blood filter can miss blood or highlight things that are not blood. Hunt legally, ethically and safely, and follow the law and the landowner's rules where you hunt.

You are responsible for what you upload. Do not upload anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Shared links: when you share a hunt, anyone with the link can see it. Share only what you have the right to share, and stop sharing in the app or on the website when you no longer want it seen.

Finding a farm: farms and their prices come from SpoorFind and are set by each farm. SpoorSeek does not make bookings or take payment; an enquiry is a message to the farm, and any booking is a matter between you and the farm. Check the farm's prices, permits and rules before you travel.

Farm position sharing: if you scan a farm's SpoorFind code and agree, your position is shared with that farm while you are on it, as described in the privacy policy. It is your choice for each stay, you can stop at any time in the app, and you should only scan a code from a farm you are visiting with the landowner's permission. We are not responsible for how a farm uses what it receives.

Classifieds: paid members can list hunting gear for sale or ask for gear they want, and members on the free trial can look. SpoorSeek only connects members; it does not take payment, hold goods or check what is offered, so deal with care and check the item and the person yourself. Firearms, ammunition, suppressors and reloading components may not be listed or asked for, and anything illegal is not allowed. You are responsible for what you list and for following the laws where you live. Listings last 30 days. You can report a listing, and we may remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Each account has a storage limit: 500 MB on the free plan, and more on a paid plan. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from its use.
